Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley (So Resi) is seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant with experience in Shared Ownership to cover a broad geographic area. You will drive the sales process from launch to completion, ensuring excellent customer experience and adherence to health and safety standards.

You will engage with buyers, lenders and partners, manage inquiries, applications and viewings, and strive to meet sales targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling new homes, especially Shared Ownership/affordable housing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from enquiry to completion.
• Provide expert advice on shared ownership properties and eligibility.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the journey.
• Build relationships with buyers, mortgage brokers and stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress and pipeline.
