Metropolitan Thames Valley (So Resi) seeks an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to drive sales across regions. You will manage the customer journey from inquiry to completion, advise on Shared Ownership, and deliver strong customer service.

The role requires a target-driven approach, excellent negotiation and communication skills, a valid driving license, and the ability to work Tuesday to Saturday across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new homes sales, particularly with Affordable housing schemes.
• Strong understanding of the shared ownership process and eligibility criteria.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process for new homes, from initial inquiry to the completion of the sale.
• Provide expert advice on shared ownership properties, ensuring clients fully understand the benefits and process.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding clients through every step of the purchasing journey.
• Develop strong relationships with buyers, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales progress, and pipeline management.
• Organize and host property viewings, ensuring a professional and informative experience for potential buyers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.
