Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) is seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant with shared ownership experience to join our expanding team. The role covers multiple locations in West London, Berkshire and Hampshire, with a 12-month fixed-term contract and a salary in the £37,881–£39,874 range.

You will manage the customer journey from initial inquiry through to completion, delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in new homes sales, especially affordable housing schemes.
• Strong knowledge of shared ownership process and eligibility.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Valid driving license and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from inquiry to completion.
• Provide expert advice on shared ownership properties.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the journey.
• Develop relationships with buyers, mortgage brokers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress and pipeline.
• Organize and host property viewings.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while following policies.
