Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant with knowledge of Shared Ownership to join its team. You will drive the sales process across multiple locations, manage lead flow, and ensure an outstanding customer journey from enquiry through to completion.

You will deliver expert advice on shared ownership, build strong stakeholder relationships, and maintain detailed sales records. A driving license and flexible Tue–Sat availability are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new homes sales, particularly with Affordable housing schemes.
• Strong understanding of the shared ownership process and eligibility criteria.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A professional and approachable manner, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process for new homes, from initial inquiry to the completion of the sale.
• Provide expert advice on shared ownership properties, ensuring clients fully understand the benefits and process.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding clients through every step of the purchasing journey.
• Develop relationships with buyers, mortgage brokers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and pipeline management.
• Organize and host property viewings, ensuring a professional and informative experience for potential buyers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.
