Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) is seeking a motivated New Homes Sales Consultant to drive sales across multiple locations. The role focuses on shared ownership schemes, client guidance and delivering an excellent customer journey, while meeting budgets and health and safety standards.

You will lead Sales Launch activities, manage leads, process applications through to completion, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in new homes sales, including shared ownership schemes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage the customer journey from enquiry to completion.

• Manage the sales process for new homes from inquiry to sale completion.
• Provide expert advice on shared ownership options and eligibility.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the purchasing journey.
• Develop relationships with buyers, mortgage brokers and stakeholders.

• Organise and host property viewings with a professional approach.
