Metropolitan Thames Valley (So Resi) is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team across multiple locations. You will deliver the sales budget, manage the customer journey from launch to completion, and engage with buyers, brokers, and stakeholders while upholding health and safety requirements.

In this front-line role, you will drive sales performance, provide expert advice on shared ownership, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new homes sales, particularly with affordable housing schemes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Valid driving license and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process for new homes from inquiry to completion.
• Provide expert advice on shared ownership and eligibility criteria.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guide buyers through the journey.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, progress and pipeline.
• Organise and host property viewings and meet/exceed sales targets.
