Metropolitan Thames Valley (So Resi) is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join our vibrant team. You will drive the sales process for new homes across multiple locations, delivering exceptional customer service and expert guidance on shared ownership schemes.

You will engage with buyers, mortgage brokers and stakeholders, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements while achieving budget targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in new homes sales, particularly with Affordable housing schemes.
• Strong understanding of the shared ownership process and eligibility criteria.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and approachable manner with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process for new homes, from initial inquiry to the completion of the sale.
• Provide expert advice on shared ownership properties, ensuring clients fully understand the benefits and process.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding clients through every step of the purchasing journey.
• Develop strong relationships with buyers, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales progress, and pipeline management.
• Organize and host property viewings, ensuring a professional and informative experience for potential buyers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.
