Metropolitan Thames Valley (So Resi) is seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant with experience in Shared Ownership to drive sales across a broad geographic area. You will manage the customer journey from inquiry to completion, engage with buyers, mortgage brokers, and internal teams, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

A valid driving license and own vehicle are required. You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, hosting viewings, recording progress, and ensuring

Formación

Proven experience in new homes sales, particularly with Affordable housing schemes.
Strong understanding of the shared ownership process and eligibility criteria.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsabilidades

Manage the sales process for new homes from initial inquiry to completion.
Provide expert advice on shared ownership properties and benefits.
Deliver exceptional customer service guiding clients through the purchasing journey.
Develop relationships with buyers, mortgage brokers and stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress and pipeline.
