A leading real estate firm is currently seeking a specialist New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their busy Hampshire region. This role involves negotiating with clients and buyers on various New Homes sites, managing sales processes to completion, and providing exceptional customer service. Candidates must already hold the right to work in the UK. We're currently recruiting for a specialist New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our busy Hampshire region, working out of both our Southampton and Winchester offices.
You’ll be responsible for liaising and negotiating directly with our clients and buyers, on a variety of New Homes sites across the region, managing sales through to completion and ensuring we deliver exceptional customer service.
