Job description

Are you an experienced transformation leader ready to guide firmwide change within a leading UK national law firm? Our client, a well-established practice with offices in Bristol, is seeking a Business Transformation Director to lead and deliver strategic transformation programmes that enhance the way the firm operates and serves its clients.

What you will do:

• Lead end to end transformation programmes that strengthen operational efficiency and client service delivery
• Drive digital transformation across legal operations, client experience and internal technology platforms
• Champion client centred initiatives that support seamless and digitally enabled interactions
• Work closely with senior partners and the executive team to deliver high impact change across the firm
• Develop governance frameworks and performance measures to track transformation progress and value
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement across all offices

What you will bring:

• Significant experience leading complex business transformation within professional services, ideally legal or partnership based environments
• A strong track record of delivering firm wide digital initiatives and technology implementations
• A background in data, technology or digital delivery with hands on experience of system or platform deployment
• Strong strategic thinking skills with expertise in client experience design and process improvement
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in data analytics, CRM or practice management systems and change management methodologies
• A relevant degree (an MBA is advantageous)
