A flexible workspace provider in Greater London is seeking a New Business Manager. This role focuses on driving new business growth and exceeding targets in the real estate sector. Candidates should have over 2 years of sales experience, proven negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders. The position requires excellent communication and strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment, with the role being in-office five days a week.

This is a key role within the sales function. The New Business Manager will be pivotal in driving new business growth, with a primary focus on achieving and exceeding new business targets and maximising revenue through premium pricing strategies.
Working in collaboration with the Head of Portfolio Sales, you will devise and execute targeted sales strategies, manage the sales journey from initial viewing to deal completion, and ensure seamless handover to building operations teams.
Building and nurturing broker relationships, maintaining competitor awareness, and ensuring comprehensive market oversight will be key to your success in this role.
