A unique software provider in Leeds seeks a Business Development Executive to join their successful sales team. This role involves developing client relationships from the first cold B2B call through to delivery and ongoing management. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. In return, you will receive a competitive salary ranging from £18,000 to £25,000, with first year earnings projected between £38k-42k, alongside attractive employee benefits and a progressive career path.
Exciting Opportunity to develop a career with a Unique Company! My client specialises in a niche software product that is in high demand and they are the only provider nationally. Due to continued growth and an opening in the market, they are looking for a Business Development Executive to join an already successful sales team within a relaxed environment where, following a one-of-a kind training programme, you be able to operate under your own initiative and have freedom to make your own decisions, and develop your relationship with a client from the first cold B2B call to delivery of the product and the continued relationship you will have with your client. You will be expected to be highly proactive, with tenacity and an ambition to succeed.
In return for all of the above, you will receive a competitive basic salary of between £18,000 - £25,000 pa, an outstanding commission package which sees first year earnings in the region of £38k-42k, along with some great additional benefits including options of gym membership and Health Cash Plans and employee incentive schemes.
