Job Description

As a New Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to grow our customer base and deliver exceptional value to businesses across the UK. This is a fast-paced, desk-based role focused on generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, while also managing and converting warm leads provided to you.

Salary: £40,000 OTE (Including £25,000 basic) – Uncapped Commission

Location: Nelson (5 days office based)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Generating new business through proactive cold calling and lead follow-up
  2. Building strong client relationships and delivering tailored sales solutions
  3. Managing your own sales pipeline and working to monthly revenue and KPI targets
  4. Identifying key decision makers and initiating conversations with potential clients
  5. Maintaining accurate records and follow-ups in our CRM systems
  6. Receiving coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance

  • Have experience in sales or business development (B2B sales experience is an advantage but not essential)
  • Are confident communicators with excellent phone and written communication skills
  • Can build and manage client relationships professionally and effectively
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Are proactive, organised, and eager to learn and grow
