A leading telecom company in the UK seeks a Business Development Manager. You'll engage directly with customers to sell telecom solutions. Ideal candidates are motivated with strong communication skills. Comprehensive training is provided. This role offers a competitive salary with commission, a range of benefits, and opportunities for professional development.
Salary: £25,000 plus £3,000 travel allowance plus realistic commission £1,000 per month (uncapped)
Location: Various locations available
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00–18:00 (37.5 hours)
We are on the lookout for motivated individuals with exceptional people and communication skills to join us as a Business Development Manager across the UK.
As the face of our brand, you will engage directly with business owners and decision-makers door to door in a defined region, to sell a range of telecom solutions that enhance business efficiency. The customers you will be interacting with will vary so you will need to manage your time effectively to hit sales targets and maximize customer contact.
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have had a track record in door‑to‑door or face‑to‑face sales in a B2C or B2B environment, although this is not essential as we offer comprehensive training to set you up for success.
