We’re looking for a Network Process Excellence & Compliance Manager to lead operational improvement and service change governance across a major UK transport network. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on driving efficiency, aligning teams, and using data to deliver smarter, more reliable services.

Responsibilities

• Lead service change governance and performance tracking.
• Deliver process improvements across planning and scheduling operations.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with ops, engineering, data, and compliance teams.
• Create and manage toolkits, guidance, and reporting templates to embed best practices.
• Partner with analytics teams to unlock insights and resolve data issues.
• Enable strategic delivery and continuous improvement across the network planning function.
