We are seeking a leader capable of defining new processes in a high paced environment, while navigating ambiguous problem spaces to enhance our Same Day capabilities.

As a Network Planning Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale business transformations from initiation to successful, high-quality, post launch execution and quality. Key job responsibilities
  • Strategic workstream to improve Same Day offering across EU and UK
  • Working on out-of-the-box initiatives to holistically improve Speed in EU4 and UK
  • Responsibility for apprising multiple senior stakeholders in the different forums about the program and latest updates
  • Leading Monthly reporting on KPIs and projects in the glidepath
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Significant experience in operations, process improvement, or a related function
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to identify opportunities, estimate improvements, streamline and automate their work
  • Ability to earn trust and influence a broad group of stakeholders worldwide to achieve program goals
  • Curiosity and ability to understand complex technical systems and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment
  • Clear communication in both written and spoken form to stakeholders at different seniority and in different functions
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
