Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking a NetSuite Admin to take ownership of the NetSuite platform and related business applications. The role involves hands-on administration and working with stakeholders to improve systems and processes.

You’ll provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected applications, lead upgrades and optimisations, and help shape the technology roadmap in partnership with Finance, HR and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience with root-cause analysis.
• Ability to configure workflows, forms, fields, roles and saved searches.
• Experience supporting NetSuite environments and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows.
