Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is assisting in finding a NetSuite Admin for a growing nationwide business. You will own the NetSuite platform and related applications, working hands-on with stakeholders to improve systems and processes.

You’ll provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected apps, lead upgrades and integrations, and help shape the technology roadmap for Finance, HR and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes in NetSuite.
• Experience with integrations, APIs and connected applications.
• Experience configuring workflows, roles and saved searches.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected apps.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
• Support integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Support Finance, HR and Procurement users across NetSuite.
• Produce technical and support documentation.
• Help shape the NetSuite roadmap and architecture.
