Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is recruiting a NetSuite Admin to own the NetSuite platform and related business applications. You will be hands-on, work with stakeholders acrossFinance, HR, Procurement and IT, and drive improvements to the system and processes.

You’ll provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected apps, configure workflows, troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades, and help shape the technology roadmap as the business continues to grow.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on NetSuite experience.
• Good understanding of core Finance processes within NetSuite.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting NetSuite environments.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs and connected applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiency.
