Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is recruiting for a NetSuite Admin for a growing nationwide business. You will own the NetSuite platform and related business applications, and work hands-on with stakeholders to improve systems and processes.

You’ll provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected apps, lead upgrades, and help shape the technology roadmap with Finance, HR and IT teams. The role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and well-governed solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Good understanding of core Finance processes within NetSuite.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting NetSuite environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Support Finance, HR and Procurement users across NetSuite.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiency.
