Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Admin to own the NetSuite platform and related business applications. You will work closely with Finance, HR, Procurement and IT to troubleshoot issues and drive system improvements.

You will provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected applications, configure workflows and saved searches, and lead upgrades and integrations to shape the technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience and familiarity with finance processes.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting NetSuite environments.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs and connected applications.
• Experience configuring workflows, roles, permissions, forms and saved searches.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Manage tickets, priorities and SLAs; produce and maintain technical documentation.
