Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking a NetSuite Admin to own the NetSuite platform and related business applications. You will be hands-on, collaborating with stakeholders to identify improvements and drive the technology roadmap.

The role involves 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and related applications, plus upgrades, integrations, and governance to ensure secure, scalable solutions as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Deep understanding of core Finance processes within NetSuite.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting NetSuite environments.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs and connected applications.
• Experience with workflows, roles, permissions, forms and saved searches.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Support Finance, HR and Procurement users across NetSuite.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiency.
• Maintain strong data quality and system governance.
• Manage tickets, priorities and SLAs.
• Produce and maintain technical and support documentation.
• Provide user guidance and training where required.
• Contribute to the wider NetSuite roadmap and application architecture.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.
