Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD client is a nationwide business seeking a NetSuite Admin to own the NetSuite platform and connected business applications. This hands-on role involves working with stakeholders to improve systems and processes.

You’ll provide 2nd/3rd line NetSuite support, configure workflows, upgrades, integrations, and data governance, collaborating with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT and external partners to shape the technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Good understanding of core finance processes within NetSuite.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting NetSuite environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Assist Finance, HR and Procurement users across NetSuite.
