Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking a NetSuite Admin to own the NetSuite platform and related business applications. The role involves hands-on work, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving improvements to systems and processes.

You will provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected applications, contribute to upgrades, and help shape the technology roadmap for a growing nationwide business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite experience across modules.
• Understanding of core finance processes within NetSuite.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting NetSuite environments.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs and connected applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and own projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Produce and maintain technical and support documentation.
• Provide user guidance and training where required.
• Contribute to the wider NetSuite roadmap and application architecture.
• Work with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.
