Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is representing a growing, nationwide business seeking a NetSuite Admin to own the NetSuite platform and related business applications.

The role is hands-on, working with stakeholders to improve systems, troubleshoot issues, and shape the technology roadmap across Finance, HR, Procurement and IT.

You will provide 2nd/3rd line support, lead upgrades, and drive automation while maintaining data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Good understanding of core Finance processes within NetSuite.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting NetSuite environments.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs and connected applications.
• Experience with workflows, roles, permissions, forms and saved searches.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of projects.
• Commercial mindset with an eye for process improvement and automation.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Work with third-party applications and integration partners.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Support Finance, HR and Procurement users across NetSuite.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiency.
• Maintain strong data quality and system governance.
• Manage tickets, priorities and SLAs.
• Produce and maintain technical and support documentation.
• Provide user guidance and training where required.
• Contribute to the wider NetSuite roadmap and application architecture.
