Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Admin to own the NetSuite platform and related business applications. You will work closely with Finance, HR, Procurement and IT to troubleshoot issues and drive improvements.

The role covers 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected apps, configuring workflows, forms and saved searches, leading upgrades, and helping shape the technology roadmap for a growing nationwide business.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience across the platform and connected systems.
• Good understanding of core Finance processes within NetSuite.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting NetSuite environments.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs and connected applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Support Finance, HR and Procurement users across NetSuite.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiency.
• Maintain strong data quality and system governance.
• Manage tickets, priorities and SLAs.
• Produce and maintain technical and support documentation.
• Provide user guidance and training where required.
• Contribute to the NetSuite roadmap and application architecture.
