Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Admin to own the NetSuite platform and related business applications in a growing nationwide business.

You will provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected systems while driving ongoing development, optimisations and governance. Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT and external partners to shape the technology roadmap for scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on NetSuite experience and ownership of platform.
• Strong understanding of finance processes within NetSuite.
• Experience with integrations, APIs and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected apps
• Configure workflows, forms, fields, roles and saved searches
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows
• Lead NetSuite upgrades and regression testing
• Collaborate with Finance, HR and Procurement users
• Maintain data quality and system governance
• Produce and maintain technical documentation
