Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is helping a nationwide UK business recruit a NetSuite Admin to own the NetSuite platform and related business applications. You’ll provide 2nd/3rd line support, drive improvements, and shape the technology roadmap by working with Finance, HR, Procurement and IT teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Good understanding of core Finance processes within NetSuite.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting NetSuite environments.
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs and connected applications.
• Experience with workflows, roles, permissions, forms and saved searches.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of projects.
• Commercial mindset with an eye for process improvement and automation.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected business applications
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing
• Produce and maintain technical and support documentation
• Provide user guidance and training where required
• Contribute to the wider NetSuite roadmap and application architecture
• Work with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and maintainable solutions
