Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is recruiting a NetSuite Admin to own the NetSuite platform and related business applications. The role is hands-on, partnering with Finance, HR, Procurement and IT to shape the technology roadmap and drive process improvements.

You will deliver 2nd/3rd line support, manage integrations and data flows, and lead upgrades and testing while ensuring data quality and governance across the system.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Experience with NetSuite integrations and APIs.
• Ability to lead upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and identify root causes.
• Support and maintain integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Support Finance, HR and Procurement users across NetSuite.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation and efficiency.
• Maintain data quality and system governance.
• Manage tickets, priorities and SLAs.
• Produce and maintain technical and support documentation.
• Provide user guidance and training where required.
• Contribute to the NetSuite roadmap and application architecture.
