Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking a NetSuite Admin to own the NetSuite platform and connected business applications. You will be hands-on, work with Finance, HR, Procurement and IT to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements and shape the technology roadmap.

You’ll provide 2nd/3rd line support, configure workflows, saved searches and integrations, and lead upgrades and testing while maintaining data quality and governance across the NetSuite environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite experience required.
• Experience configuring workflows, forms, fields, roles and saved searches.
• Experience with integrations, APIs and data flows.
• Ability to troubleshoot NetSuite environments.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support across NetSuite and connected applications.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions and saved searches.
• Lead NetSuite upgrades, releases and regression testing.
• Support Finance, HR and Procurement users.
• Produce and maintain technical and support documentation.
• Contribute to the NetSuite roadmap and application architecture.
• Manage tickets, priorities and SLAs.
