Responsibilities

What you’ll do

NetSuite Channel Account Manager managing Channel accounts

As a Channel Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of 50–70 accounts across your territory handling both partner relationships and direct customer relationships. The portfolio value is in the region of $5 million.

As a Channel Account Manager you will identify and qualify new opportunities within your account territory (within existing accounts). You will sell business applications and related solutions through strategic selling, effective negotiation and management of the partner and client relationship. This will include:

  • Prospect forecasting, resource allocation and planning new business deals within your portfolio
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business application and advise the customer on what will benefit their business the most
  • Participate in the creation, presentation and sale of a complete value proposition
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close the sale
  • Present NetSuite’s products in a compelling positive and professional way

For this role we require someone with Account Management experience within software.

This role is based in London or Reading 2–3 days per week #LI-Hybrid
