We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our Naval business line bridging the gap between advanced technical capabilities and evolving customer requirements.
You will lead a virtual cross-functional team to deliver industry-leading differentiated solutions that maintain our competitive edge in core and adjacent markets. Success will be measured against the virtual P&L performance of your business line.
You will leverage your experience in military naval operational readiness training and operations bringing a deep understanding of complex mission training environments and requirements for naval mission readiness. Partnership management with OEMs and key industry players is a must.
