The key responsibilities for this National Sales Manager position include developing new business across multiple verticals in the UK, hunting for and cultivating opportunities. The role involves solution selling business-to-business, offering end-to-end project installation of Automatic Doors, Gates, Barriers, Entrance Control systems, Turnstiles, and Speed lane solutions. The successful candidate must be autonomous, self-generating leads, and managing appointments with systems integrators, consultants, architects, and specifiers. Joining a sales team of 7, you will be required to meet and exceed targets and convert marketing strategies into sales. Are you a National Sales Manager currently working in the electronic security sector or a Business Development Manager in the industry feeling undervalued and unchallenged? Do you feel you're not being rewarded properly despite smashing targets? We seek candidates with at least 3 years of experience in the automatic door, gate, or physical security systems sector who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, disciplined, well-organized, and focused on closing deals, managing long and complex sales cycles, and winning business. Experience selling security systems into the commercial or public sector is preferred. You should be confident at all levels of business and able to interface with various organizations. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
This role offers a basic salary of £45,000 - £50,000 with a realistic OTE of £130,000+ through an uncapped commission structure. Included are Healthcare, Pension, Life Insurance, a £7,500 Car allowance or company car, Tablet, Phone, and Home office.
