The Package
Experience Required
Senior management sales experience at a national level is essential, including roles such as Sales Manager, Sales Director, or Head of Sales. Experience in selling renewable heating and cooling solutions into the built environment or building services industry (HVAC, air conditioning, chillers, CHP, heat pumps, controls, ventilation, etc.) is required. Proven success in generating significant sales growth with national housebuilders or utility/energy providers is necessary. An entrepreneurial, flexible, and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
