Senior management sales experience from a national sales background, either non-management or managing a team, with roles such as Sales Manager, Sales Director, or Head of. Focus on renewable and sustainable heating and cooling solutions, selling into the built environment or building services industry (HVAC, air conditioning, chillers, CHP, heat pumps, controls, ventilation, etc.). Proven track record of sales growth with national housebuilders or utility/energy providers is essential. Entrepreneurial, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
