Senior management sales experience from a national sales background, either non-management or managing a team, with roles such as Sales Manager, Sales Director, National Sales Manager, or Head of. You should have experience selling renewable and sustainable heating and cooling solutions into the built environment or building services industry (e.g., HVAC, chillers, heat pumps, CHP, heat networks, controls, ventilation, MVHR). Proven track record of generating significant sales growth with national housebuilders or utility/energy providers is essential. An entrepreneurial, flexible, and adaptable approach in a fast-paced corporate environment is preferred.
