We are seeking proactive, dynamic and experienced National Account Managers to join one of our busiest departments, helping to drive current and future success.

Pay: £50,000 - £55,000, depending on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Hybrid remote

The role

Our National Account Managers play a crucial role in our continued success. As key members of the management team within the Commercial and Retail Department, you will take charge of managing and developing National Customer Accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve agreed revenue targets through the sale of a diverse range of Loomis products and services.

This is a dynamic and varied role that demands tenacious, hardworking, and ambitious individuals with a strong drive to succeed and exceed targets.

In this role, you will capitalise on opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring successful implementation of pricing strategies across your customer portfolio. You will also identify, develop, and secure revenue‑generating opportunities at Board level.

Collaborating closely with Operational and Commercial teams, you will play an active role in identifying and developing new products and business opportunities while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements across all Commercial departments.

Building relationships will be crucial, both internally and externally, as you engage with, develop, and earn the trust of key decision‑makers.

You will need excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, combined with a results‑driven approach and a passion for achieving success.

Being financially and commercially astute is essential, along with a proven track record of developing effective proposals and strategies. These skills will enable you to secure profitable business opportunities for Loomis.
