Job description

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a National Account Executive - Booker based in the UK.

The Booker Retail National Account Executive (NAE) will work alongside the Booker National Account Manager (NAM) and Booker Business Unit Controller (BUC). They are responsible for achieving volume, share, profit, and net revenue targets within the Booker Business Unit. The NAE will operate within the Wholesale channel and collaborate with key stakeholders across the national account teams, supply chain, finance, customer marketing, and category management teams. The strategic direction aligns with the company's emphasis on the off-premise sales team pillars.

The Booker Retail NAE will have P&L and JBP responsibilities for BRP and will lead stakeholder management across the BRP network. The role requires collaboration with the BUC, NAM, and cross-channel NAEs to meet team objectives. The focus will be on increasing distribution, share of space, and placements to enhance value share.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Achievement of Growth Targets: Drive growth aligned with business plans relevant to Booker and Red Bull, evaluate activities, and apply learnings.
  2. Forecasting & Evaluation: Manage sales data analysis, performance reporting, and accurate forecasting. Track account development for informed decision-making and manage finance and operations cycles including Month End Close.
  3. Customer Contact Strategy: Proactively manage customer interactions, hold regular meetings, and develop overall business plans with the National Account Manager.
  4. Red Bull Contact Strategy: Build and maintain contact strategies with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating across teams to meet account KPIs.
  5. Brand Advocacy: Represent and promote the Red Bull brand, embodying its values to enhance brand perception.
