Salary: £160 - £250 per day / Pay to Scale
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Luton. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire students and foster a love for music through engaging and creative lessons.

As a Music Teacher, you will:
  • Deliver high-quality music lessons across KS3 and KS4.
  • Plan and implement engaging schemes of work aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Encourage student participation in extracurricular activities, performances, and music clubs.
  • Support students of varying abilities, including those with Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching Music in a secondary school.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and current educational practices.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students through creative teaching methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Ability to drive is preferred; if not, reliable access to public transport is essential.
