A property maintenance firm is looking for a skilled individual for general repairs and maintenance in social housing and residential properties. The successful candidate will fix plumbing issues, handle carpentry, tiling, and perform painting tasks. A full clean driving license and attention to detail are essential. Qualifications

  • Full clean driving license (essential).
  • Health and safety conscious, ensuring policies and procedures are met.
  • Experience in repairs, maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying, plastering, and painting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day reactive repairs in social housing/residential properties.
  • Fix leaks, replace taps, showers, waste pipes, syphons, and valves.
  • Install and repair doors, skirting boards, bath panels, and kitchen units.
  • Lay tiles, repair floor finishes, and install new flooring.
  • Carry out internal and external painting, wallpapering, and surface preparation.

Responsibilities

General Repairs & Maintenance : Perform day-to-day reactive repairs in social housing / residential properties, aiming for a first-time fix.

Plumbing : Fix leaks, replace taps, showers, waste pipes, syphons, and valves.

Carpentry : Install and repair doors, skirting boards, bath panels, and kitchen units.

Tiling & Flooring : Lay tiles, repair floor finishes, and install new flooring.

Painting & Decorating : Carry out internal and external painting, wallpapering, and surface preparation.

Requirements
