Qualifications

• Must have time served or completed a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3).
• Experience in Joinery, Plumbing, and installation of wet rooms & Disabled adaptions.
• CSCS card holder with asbestos awareness.

Responsibilities

• Repair/fit roofing trusses and soffit fascia.
• Repair/renew floor joists, stairs, and partition walls.
• Fit ironmongery to doors and windows.
• Repair/renew kitchen units and work tops.
