Qualifications

• Must have time served or completed a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3).
• Experience of working as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber/Plasterer is required.
• Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plumbing trade discipline.

Responsibilities

• Repair, renew, and fit roofing trusses, soffit fascia, and barge boards.
• Repair/renew doors, kitchen units, and timber and UPVC frames.
• Carry out multi skill trades including plumbing, plastering, and tiling.
