Job summary

A social housing contractor in Warrington is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to contribute to day-to-day repairs across social housing properties. Location: Warrington

Salary: £36,226

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Start: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing team delivering responsive day-to-day repairs across our social housing contracts. If you take pride in high-quality workmanship, enjoy helping residents feel safe and comfortable in their homes, and can work independently, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out a range of day-to-day repairs in occupied and void social housing properties
  • Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents
  • Ensure all work complies with health & safety and company standards
  • Maintain accurate job records using handheld devices
  • Liaise with supervisors and planners to ensure smooth job completion
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in at least two trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting, basic electrics)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience working in social housing or domestic repairs is highly desirable
  • Good communication and customer service skills
