The Employer

We are looking to fill the role of a Multi Skilled Operative - Plumbing essential within a housing environment, Our client is ambitious and have a huge 5 year plan which we are seeking an MSO to assist with, their main aim is to create a sustainable future for social housing, building new homes and investing in existing ones creating vibrant, thriving communities.

The Role
  • Fault fixing, maintenance and repair to customer properties
  • Assess and carry out works needed for tenants
  • Undertaking customer service issues
  • Using a laptop to record repairs and organise workload
The Candidate needs
  • Experience in a similar role or trade background, preferably with experience of Carpentry, Plumbing, Masonry/Plastering and General Maintenance.
  • An understanding of customer needs and ability to think quickly when needed
  • To behave in a courteous and professional manner
  • To be able to prioritise conflicting demands
  • Great communication skills
  • The ability to maintain accurate records of information
  • Basic IT skills
  • A clean Driving Licence
SUMMARY

This is a Temp to Perm, full time role, working a 40 hour week over 5 days. The role requires a satisfactory Basic DBS check.
