As a Multi-Skilled Labourer, you’ll support the installation and maintenance of Commercial Plant Rooms, HVAC Systems (Heating, Ventilation & Cooling), Underfloor Heating, LPG systems, and more. You’ll work across a variety of sectors including education, healthcare, leisure, and commercial facilities throughout the North West.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, is methodical, deadline-driven, and looking to build a career in the mechanical or construction industries. You’ll be part of a team delivering high-quality work on prestigious projects – all while playing your part in helping the UK reach its Net Zero goals.

We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Labourerto become an integral part of our fast-paced, expanding team at Vital Heating Solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hands-on, motivated, and looking to develop a long-term career in the mechanical and renewables sector.

Multi-Skilled Labourer will be responsible for:

• Assisting tradespeople with on-site tasks and system installations
• Preparing tools, materials, and equipment for daily operations
• Maintaining clean and safe working environments
• Following instructions and adhering to health and safety protocols
• Being adaptable to a range of tasks and site locations

Location & Hours

• Projects primarily based across the North West, with occasional travel and overnight stays required for sites outside the region
• Flexibility to work both day shiftsand twilight shiftsis essential
• Day shifts: Monday to Friday 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM
• Twilight shifts: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
