Your Key Responsibilities
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a range of automated production and packaging machinery
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with site health, safety, and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with production and engineering colleagues to drive reliability and efficiency
About You
  • Qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NVQ Level 3 / HNC / Apprenticeship)
  • Experience in an FMCG, food, or manufacturing environment
  • Confident fault‑finding and hands‑on problem‑solving skills
  • Strong team player with a proactive approach to maintenance and improvement
  • Flexible and able to work on a 3 on / 3 off days‑only shift pattern
