You will provide a repairs and maintenance service to our properties, carrying out a range of specified building maintenance works both as an individual craft professional and as part of a multi skilled team. Your primary focus will be on our reactive maintenance team, handling day to day repairs for our tenanted properties, which could include gaining entry when required and repairing UPVC windows and doors. Occasionally, you may lend your expertise to other areas of the business, such as voids or planned maintenance.
