Overview

I am pleased to present an opportunity for a Multi-skilled Carpenter based in the Hampshire area. This position, offered temporarily for 6 months, with the option to go permanent.

The hourly rate will be £23 - 25 per hour dependant on experience through an Umbrella/CIS Company.

Responsibilities

• To undertake emergency, planned repairs and maintenance, responding effectively and keeping records of all such work.
• Ensure all fabric & building faults are reported to the correct line management in a timely manner.
• Plastering - able to complete various plastering works such as patch repairs or skimming.
• Plumbing - be able to plumb in kitchen appliances, bathroom suites and undertake small heating repairs.
• Bricklaying - able to take on repointing and small bricklaying tasks.
• Ceramic tiling - be able to tile kitchen and bathrooms.
