Qualifications

  • Experience working for a Managed Service Provider is essential.
  • Strong 2nd-line troubleshooting experience required.
  • Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an escalation point for advanced IT issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and networking issues.
  • Support and maintain desktops, laptops, and network equipment.
  • Investigate recurring issues and implement long-term fixes.
  • Maintain accurate ticket notes and produce documentation.
  • Stay updated with technologies used across client environments.
