Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supporting Microsoft environments across Windows Server, AD, RDS, Exchange & Hyper-V.
• Handling a wide range of support queries (1st–3rd line).
• Troubleshooting complex network issues (Firewalls, DNS, VPNs, VLANs).
• Maintaining backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Working on customer projects and systems upgrades.
• Occasionally visiting UK data centres and participating in out-of-hours work.
